About Dr. Tran

Dr Ngoc Gia Tran completed her medical education at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. She then ventured on to complete internal medicine residency at Albert Einstein Medical center in Philadelphia followed by Nephrology fellowship at University of California, Irvine. She is actively involved in medical education for interns, residents and nurse practitioner students as a Clinical Instructor for UCLA School of Medicine, UCI School of Medicine and Cal State Long Beach. Dr. Tran also participates in clinical research trials as a clinical sub investigator and has published her research in several reputable journals. She is the director of inpatient dialysis at several hospitals, long term acute care facilities and outpatient dialysis centers. Her main focus has always been providing quality clinical care. Her main areas of interest are CKD care, Kidney Disease in Pregnancy and sodium disorders.
